Thank you for partnering with Franchise Creator to develop your concept into a successful franchise system! This questionnaire is intended to collect information in order for our team to produce a high-quality marketing package to sell your franchise and draft a comprehensive operations manual for franchisees to utilize. It is CRUCIAL that your answers are as detailed and thorough as possible. For questions that you might not have answers for (very common in franchising, as many clients have to coordinate partnerships with vendors or take inventory of any equipment or supplies), please make a note of it and our team will keep in touch with you in order to properly input that information. What are the opening procedures needed to prepare your business for the business day? These might include unlocking the entrance, preparing the inventory, checking messages, etc.(Required)

What are the closing procedures needed to close your business for the business day? These might include cleaning the area, handling the cash wrap, locking the doors and windows, leaving messages, etc.(Required)

What are the cleaning procedures? Include anything that is specific or that isn’t part of the opening/closing procedures.(Required)

Are there any additional daily procedures that are not included in the opening or closing procedures?(Required)

What are the specific protocols concerning the product/service your business provides? For instance, if it’s a restaurant concept, what are the steps taken to prepare food, assemble meals or recipes, etc.? Provide a highly detailed protocol (your sales procedure) for each individual sale of your product/service. Usually, these start from engaging with the potential customer to finishing at the cash wrap(Required)

Please list all of the required on-site equipment needed to operate your business (large/heavy equipment, such as specialized machinery or tools, kitchen equipment such as refrigerators, stoves, ovens, etc.)

If you are a restaurant, please list all ingredients needed to properly launch and operate your business (please inform us if you plan on creating a cloud drive instead)

Are franchisees required to adhere to any particular product/service pricing standards or are franchisees allowed to set their own prices?
